Be Good Community Foundation, Inc.
Non-profit in Pocomoke City, Maryland
The Annual Be Good! Community Dinner is a free event that serves Pocomoke City and the surrounding townships. Please stop by to enjoy a hot, homemade meal and holiday hospitality.
This year’s dinner is accompanied with a Cold Weather Gear Drive. Please bring new or gently used coats, gloves, hats, and scarves to the event site that will help the local community in need. Monetary donations are also acceptable.
The Be Good Community Foundation, Inc. was formally established September 2016 to provide resources for hospitality, hunger, addiction treatment, grief counseling, and quality of life planning. Together, we strive to treasure kindness, give without hesitation, acquire without meanness, and lose without regret. Join us in our assignment to “Be Good!” to those that we are blessed with ministering each day!
This day of service is dedicated to the memory of Marvin W. Purnell, Ernestine J. Purnell, Regina P. Whitaker, Karen E. Purnell, and Marvin D. Purnell.
We need volunteers!
Volunteers are needed for the following areas: General Setup/Decorating, Dining Area Setup, Dining Room Service and Hospitality, Food Delivery, Cold Weather Gear Station, Community Outreach, and General Cleaning/Breakdown.
