Michelle Behan

I am a criminal defense attorney, as well as the owner and president of The Behan Law Group, P.L.L.C., where I represent clients facing DUI and criminal charges in Tucson and throughout Arizona. As a Navy veteran and former FBI Special Agent, I bring a rare investigative background and substantial courtroom experience to my defense practice. I am board-certified in DUI Defense, serve in leadership roles with national criminal defense organizations, and am known for tenacious advocacy in complex DUI and criminal cases.
