Kiernan Bennett, born in Jackson, Mississippi has always been a creative person. Kiernan spent many of his childhood years in Fort Worth, Texas where he learned how to read music and play the classical trumpet. In college, Kiernan played in the world famous Southern University Marching Band in the “Battle of the Bands” at the Bayou Classic college football game on NBC. For the last several years, Kiernan has been on the production side of various independent short and feature-length film projects. A recent ASU Business and Political Science Graduate, he has now started his own film company, Behold Films.
A personable, motivated videographer and video editor with 5 years experience. Has done lighting for digital video and independent film. Video Director and editor for Thunder Martial Arts Academy. Has experience in front of the camera as an extra in the Universal City Studios picture “Take Me Home Tonight”. Camera 2 operator at the wild, unpredictable, Phoenix Octoberfest. A production assistant, and Key Grip for the independent film “Second Chance” directed by Iris Huey.
Kiernan looks forward to working with other filmmakers and activists who truly care about the human condition and seek to use film as way to help spark the minds and hearts of the oppressed everywhere.
