Behruzbek Musurmonov (born on July 3, 2006, in Qamashi district, Qashqadaryo region, Uzbekistan) is a Management student at the Tashkent State University of Economics (TSUE, Class of 2028). He is a young leader, a scholarship holder, and a person who believes in personal growth and learning. Behruzbek is the second child in a family of three brothers, and from a young age he has been curious, hardworking, and responsible.

In his studies, Behruzbek has already achieved big results. He received the Minister’s Scholarship of Uzbekistan (2023–2024), one of the most important awards in the country, which is given only to 51 top students. He has also been accepted to many international universities with scholarships from 80% to 100%. Soon, he will take part in the Erasmus+ mobility program at Sapienza University of Rome (2025–2026), where he will study, meet students from different countries, and improve his leadership and academic skills.

Behruzbek is also active outside of university. He is the CEO of @seferga_safar, a special youth project that helps young people love reading and develop leadership and professional skills. Every season, the project selects 30 active readers and beginners who are new to the book world. At the moment, the Sefer project team is made up of 15 organizational members. For one month, they take part in different activities such as lessons, games, quests, and competitions like Zakovat. The program also invites mentors who are experts in their fields. Through Sefer, young people not only read but also learn teamwork, communication, and critical thinking. As the project says: “Those who read books will always lead those who watch television.”

He is also the founder of the “A-books📚” project, which has already helped more than 1,000 students and book lovers find affordable and useful books. This project made books easier to access and created a reading community in Uzbekistan. In addition, Behruzbek has been a volunteer at different events and organizations such as Edu Fair, American Corner Qarshi, and Ibrat Debate... Through these experiences, he improved his skills in organization, teamwork, and communication with both local and international people.

Behruzbek is also a member of @mihu_uz and @ecopartyuzb, which are youth and environmental initiatives. With these groups, he supports education, sustainability, and social development. These activities show his interest not only in personal success but also in making a positive impact on society.

Outside of his projects, Behruzbek enjoys personal development, project management, reading books, and photography. He is also the founder of the “Up” personal development club, where young people work on building good habits like waking up early, being disciplined, and living a healthy lifestyle. The club inspires participants to challenge themselves and grow every day.

For the future, Behruzbek sees himself as a confident speaker, a strong network builder, and a leader who creates opportunities for the youth of Uzbekistan. He wants to learn from professors and leaders around the world, gain international experience, and bring that knowledge back to his community. His dream is to inspire young people, open new doors for them, and help build a society where knowledge and creativity lead the way.
