Tripurari

Tripurari is a poet, lyricist and scriptwriter based in Mumbai. At the age of 15, it was a mystic night when poetry happened to him. He was in school hostel when He woke up in the middle of the night and jotted down two lines and then it became a regular love-affair. After schooling, He joined University of Delhi where he studied Hindi and Urdu literature. And then journalism caught his fancy and he did his masters in Mass Communication.

For the first time he got published in a college magazine and as of now his poems, stories and articles have appeared in a number of leading newspapers and magazines like Hindustan, Navbharat Times, Nai Duniya, Aalochna, Kathadesh, Aha Zindagi and list goes endless.

During his college days, when Hindi poetry wasn’t enough to bind his thoughts then stories emerged like new dawn. In a way, Stories helped him to unfold his inner cosmos but there were things which were still left to be explored. And then he turned to Urdu Shayari. Since then he is stuck to Urdu Shayari and experimenting with different forms of it.

Also, he has been called to different prestigious festivals and organizations like Kala Ghoda Arts Festival, The Lil Flea, Rekhta, JNU, Delhi University and IIT Bombay.
