Rebekah Bolser is a youth activist and an advocate for civic education and voting rights. As the Executibe Director and founder of Seat At the Table, Rebekah works to coordinate civic education programs with high schools across Ohio, as well as work to build relationships with businesses and elected officials in order to create platforms for youth involvement at the state and local levels.

Rebekah became involved in her community at a young age through projects such as OneCommunity, which focused on addressing issues such as racism, discrimination, and immigration stereotypes through art. At 14, Rebekah founded her first organization called Teens Against Teen Suicide, where her and her peers sought to raise awareness on issues surrounding teen suicide and depression and founded "teen on teen counseling" groups at local high schools where students could seek tutoring, advice, and mentorship from their classmates in an open, inclusive environment.

Throughout high school, Rebekah's passion for education and global development grew. She served on several national boards and worked with organizations such as DoSomething.org, the Student Voice Project, and the Campaign for a Presidential Youth Council before finding herself at the International Youth Council as a Public Relations Director. She worked with IYC to build their membership base and handle communications before becoming the USA National Chairperson in 2013. Rebekah left IYC in late 2014 when she started Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

At Miami, Rebekah works with the It's On Us campaign, which hopes to start a cultural shift in the way we view, think about, and discuss sexual assault and violence on campus. She is also participating in the Clinton Global Initiative University with her EveryGirl project. EveryGirl is a scholarship fund and annual leadership forum for young women from low income areas who have expressed interest in becoming community leaders through activism and community organizing.

Other organizations/projects Rebekah has been involved in/affiliated with include Generation Progress, UNICEF, UNA-USA, UNDP, Bundles of Joy, Femellennials, and Math Is Music, among others. She has also contributed to MTV, Huffington Post, Student Voice, GenYNot, and Progress Women.
