I am a certified personal trainer and run coach as well as a group fitness instructor at several corporate gyms teaching Spin, Core/Balance, Bootcamp, Contact/Cardio Kickboxing, and Strength Training. I feel blessed to have the amazing opportunity to motivate people to live their healthiest life.
I have done 12 marathons including the Boston Marathon 2012 and 2013. I've placed first in my age group in three marathons and my goal is to place in the top three overall within the next year and get a sub 3-hour marathon. I am honored to be a run ambassador for lululemon-Columbus, where I motivate the community with distance running. I am also grateful to be able to incorporate my love for charity with my passion for running. I was a run coach for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation-Team Challenge, a mentor for Team in Training and I'm currently an athlete ambassador for the Eleonore Rocks Foundation.
I also recently had the amazing opportunity to be a presenter at Wanderlust Festival in California where I lead groups on challenging yet scenic trail runs and hikes.
I am currently available for fitness evaluations and program design for personal training as well as marathon & half marathon training.
