Dr. Belal Mahmoud AlWadi د. بلال الوادي is a distinguished leader in the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation. He currently serves as the director of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Centre at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, CEO of the Jordanian Association for Entrepreneurship, co-founder of Miami Business Solutions, and chairman of the board of the Middle East Integrated Services Company, operating across all Asian countries.

Dr. AlWadi holds two Ph.D. degrees—one in human resource management and another in entrepreneurship and innovation from a Malaysian institution. He also has an MBA, a bachelor's degree in management information systems, a diploma in strategic planning, and a diploma in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

Renowned across the Arab world and internationally, Dr. AlWadi has received 14 prestigious awards for his contributions to entrepreneurship and innovation. Over the past 15 years, he has mentored more than 700 startup projects and empowered over 2,000 entrepreneurs in nine different countries.
