Q-grader, Barista, PhD Student and Professor. I have real passion about coffee, coffee shops, coffee makers, coffee tasting. I used to work as a Professor in a Private University, also as a q-grader and barista in some places in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Now I'm a PhD Student in UFMG (Public University of Minas Gerais). My research is about coffee and sensory analysis.

My favorite time is when I'm in a coffee shop having a good espresso or a great drip coffee, and I usually take a picture to post on my instagram's coffee book.
