Joshua Belhumeur is a partner and Executive Vice President at BRINKmedia, a boutique digital agency. As the manager of the Washington, D.C. office and leader of the strategy team, he plays an integral role in directing accounts, developing new business, and defining the agency's long term vision. In addition, he works with BRINK's clients as a digital strategist.
Growing up in the 90s, Joshua taught himself web design because he was intrigued by the rapidly emerging medium. As he learned the latest technologies, what started as a hobby became a successful freelance career before he was even old enough to drive. In 2007, after many years freelancing, he joined BRINK in Arizona as the Lead Developer, working on a variety of WEBBY and ADDY award-winning websites with clients such as PayPal, Holland Tourism, and Kevin Spacey's TriggerStreet.
In his time with BRINK, Joshua displayed remarkable business savvy and forward-thinking creativity, in addition to technical acumen. He led the agency through a transition from web shop to full-service digital agency and developed a business plan to expand to a second office in downtown D.C. in 2011. In his current role, he has overseen triple-digit growth of the agency and helped establish BRINK as a new force to be reckoned with in the D.C. market.
