My strengths have always been to mediate, advise and calm difficult situations. I am good at perceiving peoples behaviours and advising on how to avoid upsetting the status quo. My job roles have added to my life skills to make me what I believe to be a great communicator so that I can empower managers and transfer my skills through my advice, mentoring and training.
I am passionate in making a difference to the lives of business owners, managers and employee’s by developing company policy’s and procedures to tackle workplace conflict smoothly to improve the performance of the workforce. My approach is ‘how to do it not what to do’ and to give managers the necessary skills to put them at ease during difficult staffing issues. I coach and train managers to have the confidence to deal with management issues and calm the behavioral dynamics of employees to get the best out of the situation.
