I trained as a Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath here in Ireland, moving on to train in Holistic Massage.

I worked for 3 years in Nelsons Homeopathic Dispensary which gave me an exceptional grounding in advice for a vast array of ailments.

I eventually retired from Nutritional Therapy after falling in love with Lomi Lomi the Hawaiian Healing massage - an integral part of Aloha culture.
