Professionally I spent 17 years of my life practicing law and five years managing a computer lab teaching adults and children about computers and the wonders of the internet. I have always been a frustrated writer. I started writing when I was eight. Family and friends have always encouraged me to write. After burnout, family issues, and health forced me to stop working on a full time basis, I started working as a freelance writer on legal websites and blogs.

Writing for legal websites and blogs quickly became boring. There are only so many ways you can discuss trusts and estates. I have always been an avid reader and turned to romance novels while in law school as a break from all the cases, laws and regulations I read during school. . In a conversation with my sister one day we were discussing Pride and Prejudice our favorite versions of the movies and the fan fiction we have read. Considering some of the fan fiction, we read we thought we could write an interesting story. Last summer we decided to try it, surprisingly we wrote several chapters rather quickly. We then decided to take the next step and post it on A Happy Assembly and were thrilled that members read what we wrote and enjoyed it. The rest as they say is history, an author is born.

Currently my stories are only available on A Happy Assembly and 50 miles of Good Road. I hope to self publish soon.
