Hey there! I’m Silvia. I’m an International Tech Recruiter living in Barcelona.

I'm graduated in Psychology at the University of Barcelona and I'm passionate about the human mind, behavour and its dynamics.

A few time ago I started to work in the Tech Recruitment world and I found out that actually makes me very happy because it helps me achieve my purpose, which is to make remarcable changes in others' lifes, improving them and helping to find their purpose and motivation too.

Now I'm working at Glovo, one of the best startups in Southern Europe, helping to build an amazing diverse Engineering team in order to make possible the revolution in city life.

In my spare time, you can find me caught up in a good movie/serie, dancing salsa, planning my next trip or hiking in the mountain with my dog.
