Harvey Belovski is a transformational leader and organisational consultant.

A well-known educator, mentor and trainer, Harvey has been spiritual leader of Golders Green Synagogue since 2003. He is principal of Rimon Jewish Primary School, CEO of University Jewish Chaplaincy, head of modern rabbinic thought at the London School of Jewish Studies and a guest lecturer at Kings College, London. Harvey currently invests much time in interfaith work: in 2013, he appeared at the Westminster Faith Debates and in 2014, he was a fellow of the Cambridge Coexist Leadership Programme, of which he is now a faculty member. Together with his wife Vicki, he founded The Vision Maven, an innovative consultancy specialising in organisational transformation, career development and conflict resolution. After graduating in maths from University College, Oxford, Harvey trained as a rabbi at Gateshead Talmudical College. He was later awarded a PhD in hermeneutics by Birkbeck, University of London and an MSc in organisational psychology by City University. Harvey is an accredited civil and commercial mediator, a certified coach, the author of three books and regularly broadcasts live on BBC Radio 2. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a principal practitioner of the Association for Business Psychology.
