Cody Wilson

Davenport, IA

If it's tech related, Cody 'Belthesar' Wilson has lived, ate, breathed, and slept it. Starting young on his grandfather's lap in front of a homebrew Apple IIe, technology has always been a part of Cody's life.

A data engineer with a strong background in systems and network administration, Cody has worked in many diverse industries. Between Healthcare, IPTV broadcasting, Internet Service Providers, and web server administration, Cody has worn lots of hats, and has owned them all.

When he's not saving the IT universe, Cody is president of the QC Co-Lab, the first makerspace in the Quad Cities, IA/IL. Other philanthropic endeavors include organizing MegaMan For Healing, an Internet telethon supporting Child's Play Charity where he and other volunteers subjected themselves to 56 hours of non-stop MegaMan and raised over $4,000 for the children's charity.

His long term vocational aspirations are to work with the gaming industry leader Valve Software.
