Ben Kaiser

Ben is an entrepreneur, educational advocate and golf aficionado. He previously worked at the United Nations, serving as an educational intern for UNAI ASPIRE. At the United Nations, Ben assisted in the creation of 'Knowledge Network,' a global UN platform for young social-changers attempting to solve international problems. Additinally, the ASPIRE prgoram now encompasses thousands of advocates, as well as 700 university chapters.

As Ben's UN experience illustrates, he is not afraid of global obstacles. In 2009, he started a Soles4Souls chapter that collects and donates footwear to countries in need. In 2010, Ben's donation of 1,000 pairs to the Hatian Relief Effort resulted in a certificate of appreciation from the international Soles4Souls founder and CEO Wayne Elsey. Not to mention, Ben served as the 2010 president of Green Team, an environmentally-friendly club that envisions a cleaner world.

As a rising third year student at the University of California, Berkeley, Ben is pursuing a degree of business at the Walter Hass School of Business. His interest in business has led him to internships at Hi-Tec Footwear Inc. and Sigma Footwear Group, as well as founding an e-commerce website. Furthermore, Ben has externed for Deloitte and Touche Consulting and Wells Fargo Advantage Fund.

Ben was previously the Cheif FInancial Officer for Kip Solutions, a social-media consultancy start-up. Kip Solutions has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Innovative College Start-ups by the Kairos Society and Inc. Magazine's Coolest College Start-ups 2012. In 2013, Ben assisted in Kip Solution's acquisition by New York consultancy Post+Beam. During the summer of 2013, Ben interned for IBM's Business Anlaytics department as well as served as director for Happy Ever After, a charity that he founded to fight illiteracy and poverty in suffering nations.

In 2014, Ben successfully started his second venture, Berri. Berri is an anonymous, social network iPhone application that has been featured in 2 publications and has garnished the attention of several premiere venture capitalists. Additionally, Ben recently completed the summer Operations analyst internship for J.P. Morgan in New York during the summer of 2014.
