Information Security and Industrial Security in Baltimore, Maryland
Though not a superhero adopted at a young age by my parents as I had believed for so many years, I seem to have survived the emotional blow that came with the realization of my own normality and moved on. I do, however, occasionally jump up and down to make sure that I haven't gained the power of flight.
I was born and raised in Baltimore City and am a product of Baltimore City Public Schools. I spent four years in college, studying computer science and art, but dropped out to take a job with a local newspaper. From there I worked my way through quite a few IT jobs, including time spent at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, Northrup Grumman, and UPS. I am now at Johns Hopkins University where I manage IT and industrial security for a research center.
I have recently moved out of Baltimore to Sykesville, where I live with my wife and daughter. We also have a dog, two cats, and an undying love of baseball.
