Growing up in Milwaukee WI, I was destined to be a Packers fan and to consider anything above freezing temperature to be appropriate grilling weather. This early fascination with sport, the outdoors and cooking have influenced many of my life’s paths. I am a lifelong soccer goalkeeper, played at the University of Pennsylvania, and an avid runner always looking for new routes to explore. As a self-trained highly-amateur cook, I enjoy experimenting with new dishes and flavors – frequently deviating from recipes. Spending a summer living and studying in Alicante, Spain, I developed a love for travel. On any trip I go on, two of my favorite activities are going for unmapped runs through the neighborhoods and finding food markets for a quick snack.
This active lifestyle, along with my educational background in the life sciences, drove me to pursue a career in the healthcare industry. Currently, I am a healthcare consultant focusing on FDA regulation of medical devices. My primary interests lie in the emergence of mobile medical application and personalized medicines. I am looking for opportunities to broaden my experience in and knowledge of the healthcare industry.
