Ben Carrasco

I am a family law attorney and the founder of the Law Office of Ben Carrasco, PLLC, a law firm based in Austin, Texas.

After receiving my undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley, I spent several years in Washington, D.C. working as a legislative aide on Capitol Hill. I then went on to earn my law degree from Stanford Law School where I served as an associate editor of the Stanford Law and Policy Review and was recognized for excellence in legal writing. I began my career practicing business litigation at a top global law firm before starting my own firm and transitioning to family law.

In my family law practice, I litigate all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, property division, modifications, spousal support, paternity, and enforcement actions. I am experienced in every stage of the litigation process, from the inception of a lawsuit through discovery, obtaining injunctive relief, mediation, arbitration, and a jury trial.
