Hi I'm Ben Aguayo. I'm a seasoned & accomplished business professional that's held several executive leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

I'm originally from Las Vegas, went to Utah State University on a golf scholarship and ended up with a degree in Marketing. Later on, I went to the University of Utah and received an MBA with an International Emphasis.

I'd categorized myself as results driven person that brings leadership and provides a keen ability in identifying opportunities and making them reality. I possess a strong business acumen and provide a excellent marriage of analytical skills along with creative and resourceful problem solving. One of the ways I do this is by constantly asking myself “what can I do to move the business forward”?

I began my career working for Utah Senator Orrin Hatch and eventually moved on to work for Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals. I later went on to join Hydromaid International as the National Sales Director. Since 2000, I have served as President of Aguayo Consulting, a business consulting company that has focused on startups and distressed companies. Throughout my career, I have acquired a broad range of experience in many different industries. I’ve been fortunate enough to collaborate with some of the largest companies and most recognized business leaders. I've been a driving force in advancing these companies forward and have established a track-record of success during my professional career.

Some of my most notably accomplishments include:

-I built a national sales organization from the ground up.

-I’ve turned around a bankrupt company into one of the fastest growing business' in Utah.

-I've established a new product as the product of the year in a multi-billion dollar industry.

I'm looking for great organizations where I can leverage my experience and that allow me to make a real impact.

I've served as President of the Utah chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and was honored as "Man of the Year" at my university.

Personally, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and I consider myself a tech geek, foodie, and a decent golfer. I am also fluent in Spanish.
