Ben is proud to say that Portland has always been his home. He has been involved in the real estate business most of his life, working closely with his family and the company his parents started -- Willamette Realty Group.
After graduating from Parkrose High School in 1992, Ben received a Track & Field scholarship to the University of Oregon where he studied Sociology and History. While at the University of Oregon Ben was 4-time PAC-10 finalist, PAC-10 Runner-up, qualified for the NCAA Championships and provisionally qualified for the 1996, 2000 and 2004 US Olympic Trials in his specialty, the 1,500 meter run.
In the past several years, Ben and Heidi have been quoted in the following publications: The Oregonian, Portland Tribune, San Francisco Chronicle, Seattle Times, New York Times, New York Magazine, New York Post and the Portland, Seattle and Phoenix Business Journals. Ben has also been featured on TV with interviews on HGTV's 'House Hunters' & 'What You Get For the Money', FOX 12's 'Good Day Oregon' and KGW's 'Your Money, Your Business.' Additionally, Ben & Heidi’s Pearl District condominium was recently featured on an episode of HGTV’s House Hunter’s.
