Currently, the Corporate Brand and Identity Advisor responsible for managing the brand performance and visual identity of an energy corporation worth over 13.2 billion US dollars(2009), and its subsidiaries. He is the Lead Strategist, The Ben Apute Ochuko Company.

I am a certified Management Consultant, certified Kaizen Continuous Improvement (CI) Coach, certified SHL Interview Expert and Skill Coach, and certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker, and Trainer (JMT), certified Professional Mentor and Coach, and member of HIVE Africa GLP 2.0 and the International Institute for Global Leadership (IIGL).

Author of one of the arguably best books on Purpose discovery and Fulfilment titled “What is my Purpose?– The Trillion-dollar Question”.

I hold a first degree in Biochemistry, an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, and bagged his Master's in Management, all with Distinctions.

My professional career spans several years across different sectors, ranging from Education, Telecommunication, to Banking, with a brief stint in Entertainment, and the last decade-plus has been spent in the Energy Sector.

Over the years, I have built a reputation and knack for leading initiatives that drive Organizational/Business Culture, elevate Brand Communication and Positioning, and Performance transformation. A few of my works include the execution of Organization Leadership Strategic Sessions, the crystallization, sharpening, adoption, and operationalization of the discipline's Purpose Statement, and the provision of granular clarity around Business Focus Areas.

I have been privileged to lead several Continuous Improvement Projects, which successfully reduced wastage and increased efficiencies of teams,saving potential reputational and operational damage, with cumulative costs estimated at $10m. Some of these projects earned him the Kaizen Institute Continuous Improvement (CI) Coach Certification.

My drive for Brand Communication,Organizational Culture, People, and Strategy has seen me lead cross-functional teams of large-sized production-inclined organizations, achieving pivotal culture transformation elements such as Accountability, Operational Efficiency, Sociability, and Solidarity with incredible excellent performance levels within a record timeframe – less than 1 year.

I have accumulated over 20,000 speaking hours across different platforms, including TV and Radio Programmes, Academic Institutions, Google TechFest, Social Entrepreneurship Hubs, Non-profit organizations (NPOs), Religious Organizations, Industry-specific Conferences such as the Oil and Gas Industry, and High Network Individuals (HNIs).

I have organized several Leadership and Personal development trainings for leaders, captains of industries, founders of start-ups, and government parastatals such as The Nigerian Legion and The Nigerian Army,to mention a few.

I have undergone several pieces of training within and outside the shores of Africa; England, Switzerland, Ukraine, Malaysia, Milan, and Egypt to mention a few on Strategic Brand & Identity Management, People Management, Servant Leadership, Disruptive thinking, Problem-Solving, Crucial Conversation, Strategic Business Development and Management, Industrial Analytics, Learning How to Learn, SHL Interview Expert and Skills Coach and a plethora of others.
