Outside of the Athletics season I can be found regularly covering Football matches over the last few years i have covered games in the Premier League, Championship and League One as well as some bigger one off events at different times of the year including the L1 and L2 Play Off Finals, Nations League Qualifiers and World Cup Qualifiers at Wembley Stadium. You can see a selection of these events on my informal portfolio on Instagram.

I hold a 3rd Class Honours degree in Sports Journalism from the University of Derby, where I gained hands-on experience in professional journalism alongside being taught industry-standard video and audio (radio) editing skills. During my studies, I was lucky enough to be nominated in the photography category at the 2018 Midland Student Media Awards.

I am also experienced with industry-standard workflows and proficient with leading editing software including Adobe Lightroom, PhotoMechanic, and FTP systems.I have spent the last few years teaching myself the skills needed to send photographs to photo desks from pitchside/trackside a few minutes after the goal goes in or the athlete crosses the line.

I am also able to provide high level metadata entry and management along with my photographs. Ensuring accurate, organised , and searchable digital assets for streamlined production and archiving processes.

Outside of photography, I work at Marks & Spencer’s main logistics hub, where I’m part of the SYW department

I am always looking for new opportunities.
