Benjamin Buyemere Rugamika
Benjamin is graduate of Kinshasa University (Public International Law).
Programme Coordinator of the Youth Forum on ICPD and MDGs achievement (YouthFim), He is dynamic and creative. He is often leading the major national activities on advocacy and Youth participation in the development process: Positionning Youth Issues in,
2011 he was the President of the steering committee of the Youth forum on PRS Process which brought together 150 young people around all the country (with focus on Youth and SRHR, HIV/Aids, Youth employment, Governance, etc). He is still conducting the process of following up the related recommandations.
In order to promoting the PoA/ICPD and MDGs agendas, he is involved since 2009 in medias (Founder of "Forum des Jeunes" on Radio and the online Youth Magazine "Top Jeune Mag"). He also belongs to the AfriYAN’s commission of media and communication.
Benjamin is the focal point for Central Africa of the Panafrican Youth Leadership Network of United Nations (PAYLN- RJOLNU).
In his country, he is also in charge of the Executive Secretariat of the Consultative Board on Youth Employment (YEN-DRC).
In 2013, he conducted the National Youth Consultation on post 2015 agenda for DRC, and He led the scientific commission of the National Youth Forum on National Cohesion in the context of the DRC that turns forward his brightest futur.
He is a consultant to DRC’s UNDP Offices as the National Coordinator of the Greening office process, Greening the Blue. He is trainer on Social Medias in the context of advocacy (UNFPA).
Benjamin Buyemere is the Co-founder of CONGO ENDA MBELE INSTITUTE (CEMI : Congo Move forward), a Leadersgip and Governance Institute with focus on Youth.
