Benedict-Stefan Leval

Hello, Thank you for stopping by my Blog and taking the time to read a little bit about me. My name is Benedict Stefan LeVal. I am currently the happy father of four beautiful Children and desperately in love with my wife of five years Sarah. I live in the great "Silver State" and my breath is taken away by the beautiful splendor of the Sierras every sunset and sunrise (When I wake up early enough ;-)).

When I find myself with spare time I usually occupy it with hiking, rock climbing or camping with my friends or family. I enjoy quality time with people sitting around a fire and laughing into the long hours of the night. I am passionate about enjoying life experiences to their fullest and fostering the relationships those experience create. My goal is to live every day to its fullest and "Never Forsake the small things". I have a beautiful family, deepening relationships with friends and a broad network of acquaintances, peers and coworkers that I am thankful for every day.

As far as my profession goes I may be the luckiest guy on the planet. I

enjoy what I do

love what I do. Its never the same. Every day of work for me is an adventure and I get great satisfaction out of seeing the finished product of ever project I complete. I work as a project and operation construction manager for a company named "Industrial Resource Solutions" and I have the privilege of working for a variety of people on everything from a residential build to a commercial remodel. I have been able to brand myself as a results driven leader and relationship builder who can finish a project on time and under budget while achieving excellence in my craft. My secret to success is investing my time and effort into the development and mentoring of my team. "In order to build a building you first have to build a bridge of trust and cooperation between those who are leading the vision and those who are making the vision happen."-Benedict Stefan LeVal.

I am a passionate patriot and believe that I live in the greatest country that has ever existed. I think we are great because our history has been one of relentless advocacy for good. We have made mistakes as a nation. We are a nation made of imperfect people and leaders. However despite those mistakes and imperfections we have done great things worthy of praise and in the face of great adversity.

I am passionate about my environment. In my profession and industry there is allot of opportunity to take better c
