I’ve spent most of my working life in practical, hands-on roles where reliability, communication, and follow-through matter. My experience spans hospitality management, operations, and supporting small businesses with day-to-day problem solving.

Over time, I’ve become interested in how work gets organised — how decisions are made, how teams function, and how structure can either help or hinder progress. That curiosity led me to further study, alongside continuing to learn through experience.

Outside of work, I’m drawn to creative and community-based projects, including photography and local sport. I value steady progress, thoughtful communication, and building things that feel useful rather than overly complicated.
