Ben is the Founder and Managing Director of Seattle-based Rubicon Strategy Group, a boutique consulting firm specialized in market access work in China's healthcare and senior care industries. He is a member of the National Committee on US-China Relations and holds an advisory board seat at Indiana University’s Research Center on Chinese Politics and Business. In 2012, he became a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy. He is a columnist for the Asia Times on US-China trade and economic policy matters, with a particular focus on how relations between the two countries are being impacted post the 2008 financial crisis. In addition, Ben's work has been featured at CNBC, China Business Review, Harvard Asia Quarterly, Fortune Magazine (China), and he is a new columnist with Forbes China. Ben has successfully managed projects in a variety of countries and cultures across a number of industries, ranging from consumer goods to more complex engineered products. He holds his MBA from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
