In this, his focus is on positioning it for eventual sale and optimizing EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization).
Mr. Barrone’s previous experience includes nearly five years with Plante Moran in Chicago as Audit In-charge (Senior), undertaking complex audits of companies in the manufacturing, distribution, engineering, and service industries. Outside of his professional career, Benjamin Barrone has a passion for golf cultivated in his early childhood when his father encouraged him to learn the sport. While playing on the golf team at Grand Haven High School, he caddied at Wuskowhan Players Club in West Olive, Michigan. Currently, he carries a 5.3 handicap and plays at public courses throughout the Chicagoland area on summer weekends. Over the past year his low score is 75, on two separate occasions at local favorite courses Heritage Bluffs and Steeple Chase. He loves the game for the unique experience of being completely present and engaged in the task at hand, and also enjoys the serene setting in nature and good company of his playing companions.
