A veteran business development specialist and real estate appraiser, Benjamin Ojogwu brings more than two decades of experience to his current position as the President and Chief Executive Officer of BIG Holdings, LLC, a company he formed in 1992. Benjamin Ojogwu studied business at the College of Alameda and earned his real estate appraisal certification in 1992. He gained practical experience in the field with appraisal firm Forsythe Appraisals before launching his own company. From the start, Mr. Ojogwu recognized the importance of technology to the field, becoming an early adopter of digital communication and allowing the firm to provide its clients with timely, market-sensitive information in a cost-effective manner.

Building on his success in the appraisal industry, Benjamin Ojogwu soon expanded his business to encompass project development, logistics, and financing. Over the past decade, Mr. Ojogwu has participated in several key projects in Nigeria, including partnering with a major hotel chain to develop a $55 million resort hotel. Recently, he consulted with a California university with plans to develop a student and faculty housing complex for its Nigerian campus.
