I am passionate about social justice, and I believe we all have power to change the world around us.

I am a Professor of Victimology and Police Foundations at Algonquin College where I coordinate the Graduate Victimology Program.

I also serve as the Vice President of Youth Now Canada, a youth serving agency in Eastern Ontario.

I am an instructor for Mental Health First Aid for Adults who Interact with Youth, as well a workshop facilitator providing training on strength-based interventions with youth.
