Benjamin Shein

I was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. After graduating from The Episcopal Academy in Merion, Pennsylvania, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1981. He attended law school and received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1984 from the University of Miami, School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. He has been actively involved in protecting legal rights since 1977 when he served as a law clerk while still in high school. He became a practicing attorney in 1985 and has devoted 100% of his professional time and attention to seeking justice for injured people.
