Benjamin Ward serves as the Executive Vice President for Elevate, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Highland Business Services, Inc. Currently, Benjamin Ward acts as Executive Manager of Elevate’s new Miami offices. Elevate brings digital services including data with voice, video, mobile, and security services to consumers in “stacks,” utilizing the infrastructure of major providers through carrier-level agreements. Prior to his position with Elevate, Benjamin Ward functioned as a topflight Sales Representative as well as a recruiter and trainer of sales representatives for Firstline Security Systems, Inc. In this capacity, he recruited a record number of sales staff in a four-year period. At the onset of his career, Benjamin Ward worked as a Sales Associate for Ross Stores, Inc., taking on the job at the age of 16. Benjamin Ward was also once a batboy for the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, then a minor league affiliate of the San Diego Padres. Additionally, he worked for the Sports Chalet in Rancho Cucamonga as a Sales Associate, which involved assembling sports equipment, fitting golf clubs, and stringing tennis racquets.
An avid sportsman, Benjamin Ward is a certified SCUBA diver with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors. He has gone on dives around the world. Benjamin Ward is a champion ping-pong player and enjoys body boarding and exercising at the gym, where he listens to audio books to make double use of the time. Benjamin Ward’s favorite sports growing up were hockey, baseball, and water polo.
Benjamin Ward is a devoted Christian, husband, and father. At the age of 13, he acted as President of the Deacon’s Quorum, and at 17, he served as First Counselor in the Priest Quorum in Rancho Cucamonga. Also that year, he accepted a position as Chairman of the Rancho Cucamonga Youth Conference Committee. That year the conference hosted over 400 young Christians. Benjamin Ward continues to be devoted to his relationships with his wife and daughter, enjoying spending his free time with him.
Benjamin Ward is a graduate of Chaffey College and studied industrial organizational psychology at California State University, San Bernardino.
