Recovered service and achieved a 50% productivity improvement (within 5 weeks) at an under-performing division of a major PLC to remove the threat of regulatory enforcement action, stop losses and retain a key customer.

Recovered the performance of a commodity trading team, doubling spend under management to £1.6bn.

Recovered 2 restructuring programmes that were "At Risk" for a FTSE 50 company, creating two new services businesses positioned for sale / investment (Scale: £360m annual revenues / 2000 staff).
