Mr. Evangelista is the Founder and currently the Chief Investment and Strategy Officer at LBS Digital Infrastructure, an independent telecom tower company in the Philippines. He has developed, advised, and financed infrastructure project opportunities for more than 10 years. He began his career as a investment analyst for private and publicly-listed companies including J.P. Morgan, Alsons Consolidated Resources, and Petron Corporation. He later served in the Philippine national government in the Project Development Service of the Public-Private Partnership Center of the Philippines and provided transaction advisory services to a The Export-Import Bank of Korea, Quezon City Government, Asian Development Bank, and various companies in the Philippines and Australia. As an Independent private equity sponsor, he structured, financed, and executed an opportunity in the Philippine telecom tower sector and facilitated an equity financing amounting to USD 63 million. Transitioning into operations, he joined LBS Digital Infrastructure as one of the senior leadership team in charge of business development where he led the expansion of the company to 400+ sites and its entry in 50 provinces in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao regions. Mr. Evangelista is a member of Australia Alumni Association Philippines, University of Sydney Infrastructure Club, Gospel Light Baptist Church, and the Australia New Zealand Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of De La Salle University-Manila and the University of Sydney.
