Christened "The Team Builder", Benjamin Joined the Royal Team Building Co. as the event coordinator in 2006, having left the Central Bank of Kenya where he worked as a Communication and PR officer. Whilst at the CBK, he worked as a team builder and event organizer where he gained significant first hand experience in both team building and training.
