Ben Naderi

Ben Naderi became the founder and CEO of a multi-million dollar business that was thriving and had over 100 employees. The business was growing extremely fast and Benjamin was able to scale it effectively but when legislation changed and very negatively impacted his business, he had to quickly think of how to still maintain his best employees and pivot to an industry where he would not have to face this situation again and would be a long-term business.
