Having completed my thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail, 2,185 miles between Georgia to Maine in 2014, I now consider quantitative and qualitative insights my map – following them where they lead and using them to create cohesive strategies and solutions for a range of client challenges. By identifying consumer pain points and emphasizing holistic goals, I help to provide focus and direction for digital and development projects, ensure that all efforts are tightly coordinated to address these needs.
