Marco Benninghaus


With 10 years experience in the creative and telecommunications industries, I am currently responsible for strategy, connected setup and management of key online and mobile customer touchpoints of Deutsche Telekom / T-Mobile. In this role, I am involved in various digital transformation initiatives of one of the world’s leading integrated telecommunications companies. I also founded and manage DT's "TopApps" partnering programme, one of the largest and most established telco programmes for app publishers in Europe.My objective is a holistic and trusted sparring on digital business models and propositions. This is based on profound insights on app ecosystems, strategic marketing and business development for digital products and processes. I enjoy discussing with both leading app publishers and smaller startup. In this context I also represent DT as a mentor in the "Executive in Residence"-program at STARTPLATZ, a leading German startup incubator.As a random speaker and app contest jury member on developer conferences and app awards my passion is to learn from creative developers and digital leaders. I am passionate about crazy business ideas and innovative startups but also interested in digital transformation projects in traditional industries.
