Benny Brama is currently CEO of Axiomedic Advanced Medical Solutions that was established in 2002. The firm is a: “global research-driven pharmaceutical company dedicated to putting patients first. [It] discovers, develops, manufactures and markets Medical Device and medicines to address unmet medical needs.” He is also currently director of: ), Benny Ltd., Ranana Municipal Development Company Ltd., Strauss Water Ltd., and Investment Company Ltd.

Brama is married and has seven children. He holds a Masters in Literature and has also worked with Negotiation at Harvard Law School (USA), senior management at Columbia University (USA) and senior financial management at Tel Aviv University

As well as being CEO of Aximoedic, Brama is also director of: Benny Ltd., Ranana Municipal Development Company Ltd., Strauss Water Ltd., and Investment Company Ltd.
