I'm an AI strategist, keynote speaker, and executive advisor helping organizations turn artificial intelligence into human flourishing. I work where telos meets techne, philosophy meets practice.

I design and build institutional AI systems that scale leadership wisdom across organizations, and I speak regularly at leadership events across Harvard, Princeton, and Yale, including a recent TEDx Princeton talk.

I hold a PhD from the University of Cambridge, a Private Equity Certificate from the Wharton School, and a Leadership & Performance Coaching Certificate from Brown University. I've directed a leadership center at Yale, coached entrepreneurs at Wolfson College, Cambridge, and consulted for National Geographic.

I'm also the co-author of the Flourishing Performance Indicators (FPIs), a new framework helping organizations measure and mobilize human flourishing in the age of AI.
