So, what makes me an Engaged IT Professional?

1. Ben on engagement.
   Currently I engage with others through a series of online communicative tools. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and skype. I use these tools to start/join conversations and build relationships.
2. Ben as an IT Professional.
   As an IT Professional, I am focussed on 3 keys areas that form part of my ongoing development and I believe are fundamental to all professionals.

I am also a best friend, a son and a brother. Oh and a boyfriend to my wonderful girlfriend.
