Ben Walderman

I’m based in Palm Springs, California, and I’ve spent the last 15+ years working across real estate, hospitality, and small business consulting. I originally grew up in Arizona, but I moved out here in my early twenties because I was drawn to the energy of the city—the architecture, the lifestyle, and the opportunity to build something meaningful.

Over time, I found my niche helping property owners, hospitality groups, and entrepreneurs improve how their businesses actually run day to day. A lot of what I do is focused on operations, branding, and creating better customer experiences—especially in boutique hospitality, vacation rentals, and modern desert living.

I’m really interested in how Palm Springs is evolving. It’s not just a tourist destination anymore—it’s becoming a place where people live, work remotely, and invest long-term. I spend a lot of time thinking about how to grow businesses in a way that still respects the local culture and environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, exploring mid-century architecture, and staying connected to the local community.
