Ben Zion Suky

Ben Zion (Ben) Suky is the founder of Bensco LLC, a real estate and investment firm he built from the ground up. Under Ben’s leadership, the company focuses on property development, capital allocation, and acquisitions—particularly in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, as well as large-scale financial structuring. With two decades of hands-on experience in the New York and Florida markets, Ben’s professional journey is rooted in independent effort, resilience, and deep industry insight.

Background

At the age of sixteen, Suky joined a New York–based family relative's enterprise. As the business expanded, he quickly assumed leadership responsibilities, managing payments and vendor relationships. Having yet to pass a driver’s license test, Suky had already mastered negotiation tactics necessary for overseeing his family's business locations throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.
By the early 2000s, Ben departed the family business and launched his own venture. He began acquiring and leasing apartments, multifamilies, mixed-functionality buildings, and units, evaluating these investments while collaborating with diverse housing initiatives.

Ben Zion Suky established Bensco, his real estate company in 2009, directing the acquisition, enhancement, and management of numerous billion-dollar assets.
