A current MSIT (Master of Science in Instructional Technology) graduate student at Bloomsburg University; anticipated for graduation and completion in August 2013. Besides school work, I also have held a Graduate Assistant position at Bloomsburg University since May 2012 and have worked on multiple projects.

I appreciate the challenge of taking knowledge and finding the best solution for presenting the instruction of the material. I strongly believe analysis of the learner and the material is one of the most important steps in building eLearning.

I am very familiar in the steps of building instruction using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation.) When developing, I have used tools such as:

• Adobe (Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Flash)
• Articulate (Storyline, Engage, Presenter and Quizmaker)
• Microsoft (Office, PowerPoint and Excel)
• VoiceThread
• Hot Potatoes
• Audacity
