As an interior designer focusing on Commercial and Residential projects, I nurture a design philosophy that marries function, aesthetics, and simplicity. I have a sincere passion for promoting an organic, zero-waste mentality and special attention is given to sustainable initiatives whenever possible. And whenever appropriate, I encourage the investigation and application of cultural design elements to further engage my clients and the surrounding design vocabulary.

The same expression of simplicity, sustainability, and aesthetics that guide me in design I also see as vitally relevant to wellness. Clean, organic ingredients and simple, thoughtful preparation techniques will result in flavorful, transformative food. The intersection of these themes have brought me to the evolution of a new paradigm for living environments and the creation of a line of healthy beverages based on centuries old fermentation techniques, mainly water kefir and kombucha.
