As a management consultant and head of a consulting firm, I have over 30 years experience in the analysis and design of complex systems, and in the development of advanced decision support systems. In this position, I have led large consulting efforts in the United States, the Far East, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. As a consultant. I have also authored papers and delivered conference presentations in the area of operations management, information and control strategies, organizations and systems in transportation, the supply chain and networking.

Before founding decision analysis partners, I was a client partner with AT&T Solutions, where I lead the surface transportation consulting practice. I was director of equipment distribution with CSX Transportation. I earned a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Urban Planning from Princeton University and a Masters and Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Liege, Belgium. I am fluent in English and French.
