He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Environmental Biology from the University of Ibadan, one of Africa's foremost institutions of higher learning. Bernard began his professional career with Airtel Nigeria, where he served as a Sales Representative, gaining valuable experience in customer relationship management, sales strategy, and market expansion. He later joined Wisetade Farmsas Business Development Manager, where he played a significant role in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the organization's market presence.
Driven by his passion for entrepreneurship and sustainable agriculture, Bernard founded Dlyon Farms in 2019, an agribusiness enterprise focused on creating value across the agricultural value chain through innovation, efficiency, and sustainable farming practices.
In 2022, he established Dlyon Consulting Ltd, a business consulting and corporate advisory firm dedicated to helping entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and corporate organizations navigate regulatory requirements, strengthen governance structures, and achieve sustainable growth. Through the firm, he provides business registration and post-incorporation services, corporate compliance advisory, business strategy development, governance support, and organizational development solutions.
