Bernie Bersamina is a San Francisco Bay Area musician. In addition to classic piano he also masterfully plays dynamically synthesized keyboard instrumentals, saxophone, guitar and drums. Since age 14 years old he began his musical journey selecting the piano and electric keyboard as his instrument of choice and has not looked backward.
Bernie has delivered his melodic talent at such venues as the San Francisco Fillmore and the Great American Music Hall with such musical artists and legends as Malo, Roger Collins, Sly and the Family Stone, Santana and more at venues as the San Francisco Cow Palace, supper clubs and lounges big and small. His diverse playing style has honored the funk-centric groove for many a recording project. According to Mr. Bersamina, "Keeping the San Francisco music scene alive and real is both a goal and a commitment". Who can argue with such a wise premise as this?
