Bert DuMars is a Strategic Advisor and Vice President Digital Marketing and Strategy at NorthPage a digital marketing and digital customer experience best practices industry leader and innovator in cognitive marketing analytics. Prior to joining NorthPage in 2015, Mr. DuMars was Vice President Digital Marketing at Southeastern Grocers (2014-2015), a 950 store grocery retailer operating in the Southeastern U.S. under three banners – Winn-Dixie, BI-LO and Harveys. He led the redesign of the digital marketing infrastructure creating a real-time customer digital loyalty program, personalized digital coupons and launched a responsive design winndixie.com and new Winn-Dixie mobile app. In addition, he launched Apple Pay across all 950 stores and Instacart grocery home delivery service in the Miami metro area.

Prior to joining Southeastern Grocers, Mr. DuMars was Vice President, Principal Analyst with Forrester Research (2013-2014). He served CMO & Marketing Leadership Professionals providing analysis and insights on digital, mobile, and social media marketing; eCommerce; marketing technology platforms; and website and eCommerce platforms in government and the consumer and technology industries. He also conducted research and authored reports on broader issues including marketing innovation, talent acquisition, integration of digital marketing expertise into the overall marketing organization, marketing and sales integration, and multi-brand marketing.
